The teenage years are full of curiosity, self discovery, independence and fun. With this, teens are facing many physical, neurological and hormonal changes that make this time difficult to navigate. When we consider the constant pressure that this age group faces including friends, academics, athletics, family, social media and body image it is no surprise that recent research has shown teens to be the most stressed demographic in the United States. Your teen will gain tools to self-regulate, find inner peace and inner strength, practice self care and how to become their own healer and teacher.

Pam Pavuk, local mother of 4, has been teaching children and working with families in ME throughout the past 10 years.  Her love for yoga lies in its potential to strengthen and transform our minds and bodies.  Pam is passionate about personal connection and growth at all ages.  She teaches yoga principles, poses and breath work with acceptance and humor. She is eager to share this program with local teens. 

Pam received her 200 hr. Yoga Teacher Certification from Zen Den Yoga and has participated in trainings at Child Light Yoga for children, teens and Yoga4Classrooms.  She holds a M.Ed. in Special Education and a B.A. in Psychology.
